Description

Keg filler is mainly composed of frame, electrical control system, filling system, CO2 filling pressure and pressure-holding system. The features are as follows:
1. With stable and reliable performance and high work efficiency, it is specially developed and designed for all kinds of beer fresh-keeping containers (stainless steel kegs, plastic kegs, etc.). It can also be used for filling various beverages.
2. All programs are automatically controlled by the German SIEMEMS programmable controller during the whole process, and all technical parameters (time values) can be adjusted without stopping.
3. Electricity, gas, and pipeline are independent and separated, which avoids the phenomenon of short circuit of the appliance due to the condensate caused by the low ambient temperature, which is convenient for maintenance.
4. Using oxygen – free filling technology to ensure the purity and delicious taste of beer.
5. The pressure-holding system has stable and reliable performance, and has the lowest alcohol damage among similar products.

Filling procedure
Put the keg → start (pressing) → CO2 filling(back to beer) → filling→ stop when the keg is full (auto induction) → take the keg.
