Features

3. The cleaning and filling can be done in this machine at one time. The main part of the gas pipeline adopts rigid connection, no leakage, long life, suitable for beer preservation barrels and draft beer barrels. The table can be raised and lowered for easy access to the barrel.
4. Air-controlled double-acting one-piece angle seat valve is adopted, which is sensitive and reliable in action
5. CIP self-cleaning system for filling station.
6. The cleaning and filling positions are equipped with tuning fork residual liquid detection.
7. The water tank is automatically heated and filled with water.

Work program

1. Filling station: barrel positioning-pressing table down-CO2 blowing wine-CO2 pressure-filling-barrel full stop-table rise-take barrel.
2. Filling station CIP cleaning: add cleaning accessories-wine graze-alkaline water circulation (optional)-hot water blowdown-CO2 sweeping-stop.
3. CIP equipment comes with water tank
Cleaning station: barrel positioning-pressing table down-draining residual liquid-clean water cleaning-sewage-lye cleaning-recycling-hot water cleaning-sewage-steam-cold water cooling-sewage-table rise-take the barrel.
