2. The core components of the floating roof fermenter are impored from France. The tank lid is detachable and floatable, also can removed during the fermentation process. As an open tank, a mechanical cap can be used to improve the impregnation strength. After the femrentation, the fermenter can be used as wine storage tank.

Fermenter configuration cooling jacket according to different process requirements, can achieve enzymatic hydrolysis, clarification, cold impregnation, hot impregnation, alcohol fermentation, Ping-milk fermentation process automatic temperature control according to users requirements.
