Pilot Brew System

The brewing system is designed for home brewers, with a capacity of 50L per batch. It is integrated with brewhouse, fermentation, and glycol cooling unit, and it can be movable around by multiple wheels. The brewing process can be done in a single tank. The fermentation unit can be well controlled automatically by the chiller, which is operated similar as the commercial brewing system. This brings much convenience to users with better brewing experiences.

The modularized pilot brewing systems for recipe testings are usually 1HL and 2HL, which can be 2 vessel, 3 vessel or 4 vessel as per brewing requirements. The brewhouse will be designed as similar as possible to the commercial set. The fermentation unit can be combined with the cooling unit, which is available for future expanding when needed.

This is “All-in-One” complete brewery with sizes from 50L to 200L with 2 matched fermentation tanks and with electric heating. All fermentation control is full automatic and the brewing process is manual. The brewing process is easy, convenient and fast.
