Fermentation system: accoridng to the user’s requirements, several wine femneters can be cnfigured to realize enzymatic hydrolysis, clarication, cold impregnation, hot imprenation, alcohol fermentation, apple-milk fermentation, freezing and other process, and the temperature is automaticlly controlled during the fermentation process.
