Cold liquor tank is a buffer vessel and it carries cold water that will be used to cool the bitter wort down to a fermentable temperature field after boiling.

1. Effective volume: according to wort capacity and fermenter’s quantity.
2. Top manhole, glass level display.
3. SS element for water cooling.
4. Material: SUS304.
Inner thickness: 3mm, outer thickness: 2mm.
Rock wool, thickness: 80mm.
5. Inner surface: Pickling and passivation.
6. CIP rotary Spray ball.
7. All necessary valves and fittings.
8. Stainless steel 4 pcs legs, with screw assembly to adjust leg height.
