As an open tank, a mechanical cap can be used to improve the impregnation strength. After the femrentation, the fermenter can be used as wine storage tank.

Fermenter configuration cooling jacket according to different process requirements, can achieve enzymatic hydrolysis, clarification, cold impregnation, hot impregnation, alcohol fermentation, Ping-milk fermentation process automatic temperature control according to users requirements. Also the tank with jacket and insulation according to user’s requirements.
4. All the tanks will be designed according to user’s requirement and brewing process.
