One of the primary benefits of using an automated brewing system is the reduction in manual errors. For instance, over-boiling or incorrect temperatures can adversely affect the beer's taste. With automation, these risks are significantly minimized.

The use of commercial automated brewing systems is now widespread among modern breweries, aiming to meet growing demand, ensure product consistency, and streamline their operations.

Features

1.We have 2 part and skid mounted for easy disassembly in local site.

2.Regarding for each 4 vessel, we do it with seamless polishing for good view and looking.
3.For each vessel: Mash:with agitator for water and malt mixing and get a better mixing effective for mashing process; Lauter: we do sure that the filtering time is 70-80 mins to complete the filtering process for basic brewing; Kettle: we have 2 part heating jacket on kettle, also a inner heater inside to improve the boiling strength and efficiency, also for flexible brewing and small batch brewing, also it's for a better DMS control, the evaporation is 8-10 percent. Whirlpool: it’s flat bottom with 2-3 degree angle for wort outlet; also have 3 beer outlet for get more clear wort with different level;
4.Double hops strainer: As we know much more European brewer like brew hoppy beer, here we do two sets of strainer to switch when you do cleaning works.
5.Heating exchanger: it's for glycol and cold water in for wort cooling, and equipped the regulation valve and temp sensor on each inlet, combine with our automation system, it's totally achieve the fully automated wort cooling process;
6.Filter: you can see we have 4 filters for each vessel, it's for pre filtering before vessel cleaning;

7.Steam line: we do automation temp control for mashing and boiling process in brewing, all steam line we connected with flange connections for safety and fit European regulations, and for each steam inlet, we have automatic valve, manual valve to control the steam supply, also here it's a trap and check valve for condenser, also all condenser come to a line and collect it to condensate water tank for generator reusing to save the energy.
8.Sample station: we do the sink station to test brik from lautering, and also do sample from kettle for gravity testing.
9.Tubular heating exchanger for faster cooling from kettle and get a proper temperature for dry hopping in whirlpool process.
10.Bridge for air tube for better looking, and combine with control valve on control panel.
11.Cold water and hot water mixing station for right temperature of water supply to mashing, sparging and cleaning for brewhouse.
12.Kettle condensate system: there is spiral coil and heating the cold water, warm water come out after heating with vapor, which is for water heating and back to hot water tank for water saving and reusing for next brewing. And connect with flange connections and it's the best choice for steam.
13.Control panel, it's a fully automatic running for each brewing step, only the brewer dosing the hops in a small container in advance.

Standard Setup

● Brewhouse: Three, Four or Five vessels, the whole brewhouse unit,
-Mash tank with bottom stir, paddle type mixer, VFD, with steam condensing unit, pressure and empty flow valve.
-Lauter with raker with lift, VFD, automatic grain spent, wort collect pipes, Milled sieve plate, Installed with pressure valve and empty flow valve.
-Kettle with steam heating, steam condensing unit, Whirlpool tangent wort inlet, internal heater for optional.Installed with pressure valve, empty flow valve and form sensor.
-Brewhouse pipe lines with Pneumatic butterfly valves and limit switch to connect with HMI control system.
-Water and steam controled by regulation valve and connect with control panel to achieve the automic water and steam in.
-Control system: Siemens S7-1500 PLC as the basic standard, this is possible to do programming when necessary.
-Software will be shared with clients with the equipment together. All electric fittings adopts world famous brand. such as Siemens PLC, Danfoss VFD, Schneider etc.
