Description
1. Floating roof tank are widely used in the fermentation and storage of re wine, white wine, rose wine, sparkling wine. The biggest function of the floating roof tank is to float according to the liquid level in the tank, which can reduce the contact between the wine body and oxygen.
2. The core components of the floating roof fermenter are impored from France. The tank lid is detachable and floatable, also can removed during the fermentation process. As an open tank, a mechanical cap can be used to improve the impregnation strength. After the femrentation, the fermenter can be used as wine storage tank.
3. Fermenter configuration cooling jacket according to different process requirements, can achieve enzymatic hydrolysis, clarification, cold impregnation, hot impregnation, alcohol fermentation, Ping-milk fermentation process automatic temperature control according to users requirements. Also the tank with jacket and insulation according to user’s requirements.
4. All the tanks will be designed according to user’s requirement and brewing process.
