For the most common Ale Style Beers, a majority of the heat of fermentation is generated quickly, when we estimate the cooling loads for a brewery we actually calculate the heat load using the assumption that all of the heat is generated in the first 72 hours of fermentation.

2. Material: SUS304 or SUS316.
Inner thickness: 3mm, outer thickness: 2mm.
3. Inner surface: Pickling and passivation.
4. Thermal insulation material: Polyurethane (PU) foam, Insulation thickness: 80MM.
5. With top manhole and level display.
6. Production: Arc welding, polished inside and outside, no welding dead to ensure fluid quality.
