Description

Horizontal Bright Beer Tank Standard Details
1. Total volume: 1+20%, Effective volume: requirement, dish head and cylinder tank;
2. Inside surface: SS304 or SS316, TH: 3mm. Inner Pickling passivation.
Outside surface: SS304 or SS316, TH: 2mm.
Thermal insulation material: Polyurethane (PU) foam, Insulation thickness: 80MM.
3. Manhole: side manhole on cylinder, bigger one .
4. Design pressure 4bar, Working pressure: 1.5-3.0bar.
5. Cooling method: Dimple cooling jacket cylinder.
6. Cleaning system: Fixed-round rotary cleaning ball.
7. Control system: PT100 for temperature test.
8. Carbonation stone device.
With: CIP arm with spray ball, pressure gauge, Mechanical pressure regulating valve, sanitary sampling valve, breath valve, drain valve, and level display etc.
9. Stainless steel legs with bigger and thicker base plate, with screw assembly to adjust leg height;
10. Complete with associated valves and fittings, the Hops adding device.
